Who we are

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), job title, company, and any message or answers you enter on our forms. If you apply, we also collect what you put in your application: your city and state, LinkedIn profile link, the name of anyone who referred you, your resume, your experience and the roles you have held, and your written answers.
• What comes from LinkedIn or Google: if you create an account or sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. If you verify with LinkedIn, LinkedIn confirms to us that you completed verification.
• What you submit through a LinkedIn form: if you request our material through a form on LinkedIn, LinkedIn sends us the details you submit there, such as your name, email address, job title, company, and your answer to our question.
• What is collected automatically: the pages you visit, your browser and device type, the website that referred you, and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

• To send the material you asked for.
• To follow up with you about The 52 Network™.
• To review applications and select members.
• To schedule conversations you book with us.
• To measure how our advertising performs and to keep the site secure.

Applications are also stored in our own internal system so that we can review them.

Cookies and the LinkedIn Insight Tag

This site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It tells us which of our LinkedIn ads led to a visit, a verification, or an application, and LinkedIn may use that information to show you relevant advertising. You can control this in your LinkedIn advertising settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information for money. We share it only with:

• Companies that help us run this site and communicate with you: our website hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, Microsoft (for booking conversations), and Google and LinkedIn (for sign-in and verification). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• LinkedIn, through the Insight Tag described above, for advertising measurement.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email info@valoreminnovations.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These include encrypted connections to this site, access limited to the people who need your information to respond to you or to review your application, and service providers that commit to protecting the information we entrust to them. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals who are 18 or older. We do not direct this site or our advertising to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please email info@valoreminnovations.com and we will delete it promptly.

This site is operated in the United States and is intended for visitors in the United States.
